Fender painting in Antalya is performed at our Kepez Akdeniz Sanayi industrial estate workshop in the 4,000–7,000 TL range, with a single fender typically delivered in 1–2 days. If there is a dent, it is straightened first and then painted; because front and rear fenders have different structures, the procedure time and price can vary.
How much does fender painting cost?
Our fender painting price ranges from 4,000–7,000 TL. What determines the range is the extent of damage on the fender, the type of color, and the blending work required to match adjacent panels.
| Service | Price range | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Fender painting (front or rear) | 4,000–7,000 TL | 1–2 days |
| Fender dent repair + paint | Clarified within the same range depending on damage | 1–3 days (minor damage) |
| Door painting | 3,500–6,000 TL | 1–2 days |
| Bumper painting | 2,500–5,000 TL | 1–2 days |
For prices of other panels, you can check our panel painting prices table.
Send a photo of the fender, and we will provide an initial quote and turnaround time. Assessment at the workshop is free.
Difference between front fender and rear fender
Although both fenders may look similar, their structures are different. This difference affects both the duration and the complexity of the work.
- Front fender: On most vehicles, it is a bolted panel. It is removed, repaired, and painted separately, then reinstalled. Panel replacement is also relatively straightforward.
- Rear fender: It is welded and integrated into the body. Because it cannot be removed, repair and painting are performed directly on the vehicle with surrounding parts masked off. This requires extra care and more time.
On the rear fender, the wheel arch, fuel filler door, and taillights are involved. Therefore, when requesting a fender quote, be sure to specify which panel is damaged.
What is done if there is a dent in the fender?
A dent is the most common reason for fender painting. After a door ding, parking scrape, or minor accident, the fender caves in. We perform painted bodywork repair: first, the sheet metal is straightened depending on the damage, followed by body filler, primer, and paint. We do not do paintless dent repair (PDR).
- AssessmentThe depth of the dent, whether the metal is stretched, and any cracks in the paint are inspected.
- Metal straighteningThe fender is restored to its original body lines whenever possible.
- Body filler and primerThe surface is smoothed with a thin layer of body filler, sanded, and primer is applied.
- Color and paintPPG or Standox paint adjusted with digital color matching is applied in a dust-free baking booth.
- Clear coat and inspectionClear coat is applied and cured; color blending and surface finish are inspected.

Fender repair or replacement?
If the sheet metal is not torn and the crease line is not sharp, repair is usually sufficient. If there are tears, deep creases, or widespread rust, replacement makes more sense. In the latter case, the new fender is also painted before installation; the paint process is the same.
Tip: If you see bubbling at the bottom of the fender, rust may have started underneath. Make sure rust is completely cleaned before painting; otherwise, the new paint will also blister.
Will there be a color difference after painting the fender?
Because the fender sits directly next to the door and bumper, even the slightest shade difference is noticeable. The color formula is adjusted digitally, and when necessary, a slight blend into the adjacent panel is applied. This creates a smooth transition rather than a sharp border line.
With solid colors, this process is straightforward. With metallic and pearlescent colors—or light silver—blending requires more labor to conceal. The higher end of the price range usually stems from this work.
Why do fenders get damaged so often?
The fender is one of the most prominent exterior points of a vehicle. In tight parking spots, garage exits, and intersections, the fender is frequently the first panel to make contact. In addition, the area around the wheels is exposed to rock chips, mud, and water splash, causing paint here to wear faster.
The edge meeting the door on the front fender, and the wheel arch and bumper seam on the rear fender, are the most vulnerable spots. If paint begins peeling at these points, do not wait for water to penetrate the metal underneath; once rust takes hold, repairs become both costlier and longer.
Factors affecting the price of fender painting
- Wheel arch and inner edge: Will only the exterior of the fender be painted, or the inner section as well? Painting inner edges increases cost and turnaround time.
- Side lights, turn signals, emblems: Trim and components on the fender must be removed and reinstalled.
- Color: Solid colors require less labor than metallic and pearlescent finishes.
- Adjacent panel blending: Blending into the door or hood edge may be required for color harmony.
- Rust and previous repairs: If old body filler or rust exists underneath, preparation time increases.

When for spot repair painting, when for full fender paint?
If there is only a minor scrape or scratch along the fender edge, spot repair painting may be sufficient. If the paint is extensively cracked, the dent is large, or damage is spread across multiple areas, painting the entire fender gives a cleaner finish. If you are unsure, send a close-up photo of the damage.
How long does the vehicle stay in the workshop for fender painting?
A single fender job takes 1–2 days; the vehicle remains in the workshop during this time. Minor damage can be completed in 1–3 days, and moderate damage in 5–7 days. If a door or bumper is painted along with the fender, the total duration does not increase significantly because the parts share the same booth cycle.
Common mistakes in fender painting
- Painting only visible surfaces: If there is peeling at the edge of the fender and it is painted without cleaning underneath, rust returns.
- Filling dents with body filler: Thick body filler quickly cracks. Sheet metal must be straightened first; body filler should only serve as a thin leveling coat.
- Matching color by eye: Colors mixed by eye look different in daylight. The color formula must be verified through measurement.
- Neglecting adjacent panels: If the fender is fresh and the door remains faded, the border line stands out. This is why blending is essential.
Before leaving your vehicle, remove personal belongings and let us know if there are accessories like an antenna or side marker on the fender. If damage is accident-related and an insurance claim is in progress, do not start work before the assessment is completed.
At delivery and afterward
- Check that panel gaps between the fender, door, and bumper are symmetrical.
- Look for any shade mismatch with side panels in daylight.
- The surface should be free of ripples and orange peel texture.
- Do not wash the freshly painted vehicle with high-pressure water during the first few days.

How to get an initial quote with photos?
Sending three photos via WhatsApp is sufficient: an overview of the damaged fender, a close-up of the damage, and a shot from a side angle. Specifying the car model and color helps us provide a clearer initial quote. We always reply to WhatsApp messages; the final price is determined during a free assessment at our workshop.
When should you visit the workshop for fender damage?
- If there are dents, creases, or cracked paint on the fender
- If wheel arch scrapes and paint peeling have started
- If fender alignment shifted after an accident
- If you see rust or blistering under the paint
Send photos of the damage, and we will provide an initial quote and turnaround time. Assessment at the workshop is free.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does fender painting cost in Antalya?
Fender painting ranges from 4,000–7,000 TL. The damage condition, color, and blending work required determine the price. The final price is given after photos or an assessment.
How many days does fender painting take?
A single fender is usually delivered in 1–2 days. If dent repair and body filler are required, the time extends slightly.
Are front fenders and rear fenders treated differently?
Yes. On most vehicles, the front fender is bolted on, so it can be removed and worked on. Since the rear fender is welded and integrated into the body, repair and painting are done on the vehicle with extra care.
Do you offer paintless dent repair if there is a dent on the fender?
No, we do not do paintless dent repair (PDR). We repair the dent and then paint it.
Will there be a color difference after painting the fender?
The shade of the vehicle is measured with digital color matching. When necessary, we blend into adjacent panels for a match so no difference is visible.
Is it better to replace or repair the fender?
If the sheet metal is not torn, repair is often sufficient. If there are tears, deep creases, or widespread rust, replacement makes more sense.
Can fender painting be done through insurance?
For insurance and comprehensive coverage claims, repair is carried out after an assessment. We explained the process in our article on comprehensive and traffic insurance damage repair.
